I will be joining the Department of Economics & Accounting at the College of the Holy Cross as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2025. I received my PhD in Economics from Texas A&M University in May 2025. 

My research interests lie in the economics of labor and education, with a special focus on hiring discrimination, employment dynamics in multi-racial or multi-ethnic settings, informal labor markets, and teamwork cooperation and conflict resolution in diverse groups. 

In my work, I use a variety of methods, including laboratory, online, and field experiments, in conjunction with the analysis of survey and administrative data.
